Slitters
Fletcher manufactures slitters for various operations utilizing razor blade; crush knife, and rotary shear systems. Our FM 84 Foil Slitter is a 62" wide rewind slitter with razor knives able to run 5000-foot rolls of foil on 3" or 6" cores. Minimum slitting width is ½" with 1/8" incremental adjustment. The machine is economically priced and will fit most manufacturing needs for transfer foil slitting.
Our DC 533 is a Duplex Center Slitter Rewinder with crush knives 5 foot working width, 3-foot rewinds. Complete with ultrasonic sensor, electronic tension controls, and adjustable score knives with pneumatic approach and pressure control. This machine will slit transfer foils as well as papers from 27gram, fabrics and vinyl.
